Over the course of Josh’s life, he’s spent time on three continents and has lived in six different countries. Josh brings diversity to the Realogy Insurance team, with the ability to speak Spanish, English, and Papiamentu fluently. Josh also studied Swahili in college and learned enough Haitian Creole to translate, while doing disaster recovery for months after the 2010 earthquake. Josh spent two years in Okinawa working in US military base schools. Before he launched his professional career, he attended college at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. 

 Josh’s latest adventure is to take on the insurance industry and apply his skills to assisting Realogy Insurance customers. Prior to joining the Realogy Insurance team, Josh spent time in sales, software development, and managing nonprofit organizations. 

 Josh lives with his wife, Betsey, his son, JP, and their black sheepadoodle, Lola. 

 Throughout his career, Josh has dedicated himself to helping others and exceeding expectations in the process.  Fun fact about Josh – he is an animal lover who once owned 27 snakes, three turtles, two iguanas, a monkey tailed skink, and a spunky Jack Russel terrier!
